Please choose the type of option you would like to add (customize) to your chair: (chairs are standard as pictured (unless noted), except upholstery) GROUP I....Arm Pads such as: Extreme Gel, Hi-Tech, Slugger, Concave.
Production is approximately two weeks from date of order. ...We are a DELL Model Company; each chair being made custom for each order. We will notify you when we receive the "upholstery" from the mill, and your chair(s) then enters the upholstery phase, shipping 5 days later. We will update the order status in our tracking system to "shipped" and you will also receive a DHL e-mail giving you all the tracking/shipping information as well as the anticipated day of arrival at your site.
